I just wanted to introduce myself to all my fellow DJ's here on the board. I'm new to the site but not new to the scene. I've been spinnin' for over 10+ yrs. I'm a club/rave/radio DJ in San Antonio, Tx. I've done over 50+ clubs in my career. I'm currently mixxing live on the radio here in SA every week. I spin all types of formats but my specialty is dance, trance, house, & freestyle. I also moderate a couple other DJ forums on the net as well. I just wanted to say hi & if any of ya'll have questions about DJing or the scene in general feel free to ask me. how's the freestyle scene in san antonio?

Well to be honest w/ you it's blowing up again. It was dead for a while. The only place you could hear freestyle was on mix tapes & cd's. The station I work for launched onto the scene in Aug of '01. No other stations were playing freestyle until we got on the airwaves. We're mainly a dance/freestyle station. The freestyle scene is once again thriving due to in part my mix show. Out of the 5 hour mix show I do every fri & sat, I dedicate at least 1 1/2 hours to freestyle. San Antonio has always been homegrown on freestyle, it's just that the stations down here stopped playing it. Now Freestyle is once again blowing up.
