I've known Tyree since he was a mixer on Halsted and ??????. He used to be one of my mobile deejays along with Tony "Boom Boom" Badea, Cesar "The Beat" Echeverria and on occasion Tony Estrada and "Flashy" Phil Grimm.

I promoted and hosted a battle at Centrum Hall back in 1986 which included Tyree and believe it or not, Kool Rock Steady-before he went DJ International.

I imagine we'll talk soon, Mario!

very kool harv...brings back many great memories...those were the days, hugh? dont make 'em like that anymore when chicago brought house music to the forefront...that...was great music back then! kool rock steady...may he continue to rest in peace. met up with him many times along the way...great guy!

i cant wait to hook up with you and talk about those old times..youve got my number so please dont ever hesitate to call me up.
