Wassup Ya! I know we all been through this, i'm just curious as to how everyone else might clean their vinyl records....I clean them carefully of course, but i use a soft special cloth for records. but is it a good idea to use rubbing alcohol?? So far, i haven't had a problem...... peeeeeaceouttie,

I don't really clean my vinyl. There are record care kits and cleaners in the stores. I haven't tried any of them yet. I wouldn't use rubbing alcohol though. When it evaporates, it might dry your records out. I never tried it myself, but when I cleaned the black vinyl trim on my old car with alcohol, the color faded.

yeah, i stopped with the alcohol...i just wipe the friggin things with a soft cloth. peaceouttie.....
