I believe people on death row are in a solitary confinement thing. If he was given life in prison, he'd be in general population, where he would've gotten the punishiment he deserves,

Gurl, we think alike!! LOL I think he'll be killed by another inmate. He's high profile and EVEN convicts have some a code of conduct. Child abuserers and murders are the most hated people in the pen!! I hope whoever does him in, whether it be the state or another person, shows him NO mercy like he showed his wife and child!!DiaMoND_GiRL said:

He got what he deserved and the jury did the right thing. I give them a lot of credit...it wasnt easy for them. Scott Peterson ruined a lot of lives including his own. There was no good reason for what he did.

Oh and 1 other thing...Unfortunately because of the California law, he will probably be sitting on death row for decades!!
