OMG, people, I bought Trim Spa yestarday, and took 1 and i can not tell you how sick it made me! :barf
1st i felt like my heart was going to explode......:nono

Then at night i was sooooo nauseous! I wanted to CRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


Any one else ever take these terrible things??

OK I heard of that Trim Spa alot on radio commercials but I never tried it before...I hear that it is guarnteed 120 % or your money back...GIRL GO GET YOUR MONEY BACK BEFORE YOU GET ANY SICKER..

Does Trim Spa have ephedra? If yes, then that explains the racing heart. I heard Xenadrine EFX was supposed to be good...it's ephedra free.

The regular version of TrimSpa has ephedra/ephedrine in it. There is a version of TrimSpa without it that might be better for you. I use Xenadrine RFA-1 (the only that the baseball player that died was using) but that has ephedra in it. Like DreamGirl said, Xenadrine EFX is ephadra free and a co-worker of mine is using that now and she is happy with it. She tried to use the one with ephedra in it and it made her so wired so she gave the rest of the bottle to me. You need to be careful with those weight loss pills.
 
Man, I tried those Stacker pills once, I thought I was gonna pass out. It made me feel so anxious, edgy, and generally not well.

YEAH I KNOW WHAT U GUYS MEAN..THAT EPHEDRA MAKES MY HEART RACE, GIVES ME PALPATATIONS AND SOMETIMES EVEN KEEPS ME FROM SLEEPING....IT'S LIKE A HUGE CUP OF CAFFEINE....THE OLD FASHIONED WAY IS BETTER AND BE CAREFUL IF IT SAYS EPHEDRA FREE...IT COULD STILL HAVE A SUPPLEMENT SIMILIAR TO EPHEDRA WITH A LOWER DOSAGE ..SO WHO KNOWS WHAT EFFECTS IT MIGHT HAVE IN THE LONG RUN.

OMG I TRIED THOSE DAYUM STACKER TWO PILLS RECENTLY CAUSE MY FRIEND HAS LOST 100PDS ON IT, AND THEY GOT ME SO SICK THAT THEY MADE MY LIVER SWELL AND I HAD TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL...NEVER AGAIN...😱 :shush :barf
 
Nina, I hear ya. Sometimes stuff labled ephedra free may have something like mwauh huang (don't know if I spelled that right) in it, but the effects are similar to ephedra. I used to take Stakers, but then almost 2 summer ago, I was called to a scene and a 17-year-old had a massive heartattack. That scared the crap outta me. Then after that incident, we had a meeting at work to discuss energy or diet pills, and what you think is safe really isn't. It's scary to think that.

damn girl....YES I GUESS THE OLD FASHION WAY IS THE BEST WAY...WE HAVE GOTTEN TOO SPOILED AND LAZY..TIME TO GET OUR ASSES UP AND WORK OUT A LITTLE.....ED U BE CAREFUL WITH THAT STUFF.
 
actually out of all of them trim spa worked the best but u r not supposed to be eating big macs and chocoalt shakes drink plenty of water
