Well I don't know about Trilogy or April, but Shana is now singing country. Long before Shana Petrone (which is her real name) made her bid to be the new queen of Country, she was kickin' it freestyle with her dance music classic "I Want You" and other tasty nuggets "Falling Slowly" and "You Can't Get Away" back in late 1989 - early 199O.
But she did it under her first name and she was a mere l7 year old when she did it. If you can, track down her first album "I Want You" on Vision Records out of Miami.

After parting ways with Epic Records in 2000, Shana moved to Chicago. She's taken up modeling and acting - you may have seen her in a Head & Shoulders shampoo commercial.

Shana Petrone just announced she is engaged. According to The Tennessean magazine, Petrone's beau of two-and-a-half years, Mike, owns a gym/spa in Chicago, where the two met. They haven't set a definite date just yet.

She has 3 new singles on the country charts.
"Heaven Bound" in 1998, "This Time" in 1999, and "Something Real" in 2000 were made available commercially. There are 3 videos for these songs that get played on the Country Music Channel. She is currently in the studio working on new music, but no release date has been set.

It's also been said that SHANA will be retuning something to the Dance Music community sometime soon.
Wether it's a New Dance/Freestyle single, or even a remake-remix of "I Want You", it's still unsure.

This information was given directly to me from someone very close to Shana late summer 2002.

I guess we'll have to wait & see.

PS: her 1st album "I Want You" is very hard to find! (im glad I found mine!)
