The TPE show tonight at Grammercy is a fake.

Our attorneys are contacting the club now.

Adam Marano is the 100% copyright owner of the name and is the lead vocalist for every TPE record.

Believe it or not, what this person is attempting to do tonight is a copyright infringement case which is a federal crime.

Not to be a stickler, but you can't exactly copyright a name. You can only copyright works such as music, books, computer software, etc.

What you CAN do is trademark a name, which is quite a bit different in terms of protection involved. What this would be is possibly an example of trademark infringement.

Keep in mind, I am not a lawyer.

Anyway, Adam Marano, I hope you sing some classics other than "Angel" at the Freestyle party @ the Docks. I'd love to hear "Dance with me".

Sorry Mr. Viper but it is infringement case if he goes on Stage stating that he is Adam Marano or TPE which is not the case here.now if you have proof that he did sign that contract with Adam Marano's name stating that he is Adam Marano then you have a case. and Damien dose NOT charge a Dime for his shows they are strictly prmomtional. i went to this show last night...sorry but i didnt even stay for the performance...i got there at 12:45 am...and damn did that club suck!!!! a lot of old men harassin!!! UGH!!!! i asked the lady who ran it what time the acts were coming on...she said around 130-200...that was way to long to sit in that club!!! i swear i left 15 mintues after gettin there...i was about to ask for my money back...what a waste of 20 bucks!!!!
