Can anyone share some insight on Tommy 2 Tuff's - Why cant you see 12" record.
I cannot find the record for one, and no one really knows about this great Chicago track. How rare is this record? And what lable did it come out on? Who did the female vocals? And does anyone have it for sale? And where there any other tracks released by this artist? The only thing I know about Tommy, was that he worked in a discount strip mall on Chicago's North side.
Also how rare is the Marissa 12" record - I cant promise you love? And what lable was it released on? I here it came out 2 different ways, 1 being a test press and the other on a label.
I had the Tommy song only on a bootleg 12" I bought from ebay a few years back that also had De la mor - Latin lover, Legacy - Girls just do it for fun, the international latin house version and I think it was First class - My sweet rose. I sold the record due to it was on very heavy vinyl, almost glass like and was offered money I could not turn down at the time.
I did, for a short amount of time talked to the creator of the bootleg, and he stated he had the Tommy on a 12" single, but did not disclose the lable, or any other info. other than he had it.
So just trying to see what other rare or unknown Chicago freestyle there is out there. I know of Hitmen, First class, Maria, John tapia, De la mor, Fantasia, Beyond Ordinary, Isaac, Legacy, Just II, Exotic Love, to name a few. Anyone have any info. that can post, Thanks
