TKA w/ George Lamond @ Club FM Last Night

Last night at Club FM in Queens, saw TKA with George Lamond perform, and they really did an excellent job! K-7 started the show off with "Come Baby Come" then George took the stage singing "Look Into My Eyes" and "Bad of the Heart" After George did his thing, the three of them took the stage and did all the TKA classics. Now, I know George can sing, as can Tony and Kay, but to hear the three of them together, WOW! I thought they sounded great! George really adds a lot to the group, and him and Kay play off one another and they both have a way of just working the crowd. The three of them like they were having so much fun up there, and you could definitley feel their energy. Plus, right before they closed with "Maria" Kay gave some news to the crowd: new material in about six months or so. :yeey I'm excited about that, cause if they sound so good with George with the old stuff, I can just imagine how the new stuff is going to be!

Big props to Kay, Tony and George since they had all came from the Vanderbuilt show and did it all again at FM. Huge props to George who was leaving FM to go to a show in White Plains. Damn, I'm tired just THINKING about it!

And also, gotta give love to Tony. He saw the 2 nut cases (Maci and I) up front and gave a shoutout to CF! 😛

Thanks Heidee! And I gotta agree with you,on what you said about feeling their vibe, etc etc. I was trying to imagine how they were going to sound and all, and I was blown away! George just seems like the perfect fit with them. Plus he's a cutie :drool and that's always good to have some added eye candy up there! LOL Seriously though, they were amazing!

And I almost forgot, gotta show love to Peachie! Always being a total sweetheart and taking the time to talk to us. 🙂

Such a gentleman that he gave the dj the finger last night! I was cracking up when I saw him do that! He was laughing too, so I don't think he meant in a bad way. LOL

Also Kay had me cracking up when he said he sees Club FM all the time cause he's always across the street in the Barnes and Noble. :lol

in good fun, but when they mess w/him cuidao, cuz

a doubt, truly a gentlemen, when he didn't have to be.

They did a great job at The Vanderbilt last night as I posted in that thread. I was amazed at how well they worked together on stage as for Lamond bouncing around show after show, hard work pays off!! Let's hope this will get some serious Freestyle on the air!!
