Tic Toc Records?

I am looking for the website for Tic Toc records. I have a hot song called "Fantasy" that I got from a friend of mine and it's messed up. I want to know if anyone knows the name of the Artist as well. She is female and here is some of the lyrics to the chorus:

I'm living a fantasy
You came along and gave it all to me
I'm living a dream come true
Since I first laid eyes on you.

You should try to get this compilation "Freestyle Generation X Episode 1" (Tic Toc Records). The song is available on this comp, released in 1999.

There is a phone number on the CD:
T-Peg/ Tic Toc Fan club# 810 558 8888. I don't know if the number is still available?
