why do women play with their hair when they notice men are looking at them?

why do men look at the women's crotch area and her behind when they pass by us? ( i know why i do it but im not gonna say lol )

why do men act so nervous when they inside a newstand store looking through the porn magazines and stuff and when they see a lady come in they put their face down and act like nothing is going on?
