Did anyone catch the Emmys last night? It wasnt bad...I liked the fact that they had a whole bunch of comedians hosting the show instead of just 1 host. In my opinion, Wanda Sykes was the funniest one...she just opens her mouth to speak and I start laughing because she is soo crazy! lol Martin Short, Jon Stewart, and George Lopez were good, too! But I was very disappointed that noone from Sex and the City or Friends one. I dont love Raymond, and as usual, they won all the awards!! I was also disappointed in the tribute to Joh Ritter. While it was great to see his close friend Henry Winkler say a few words about John, the clips they showed were the same ones from the tribute that ABC did for him last week..and the whole thing lasted about 2 mins. I think they could have done something a little nicer for him. As for the fashions, I think Courtney Cox looked the nicest. She wasnt on the actual show, but I saw her on a pre-show. She wore a beautiful black and blue dress and looked very classy.

I saw some of it. I was watching to see SUZZANE SUMMERS & JOYCE DEWITT make up after all theses years (suzzane said on Friday it was supposed to happen on the emmy's)

I dont think they did it (unless I missed it)!

Nope Kenny...noone from Three's Company was on. I think it would have been nice if some of them and some of John's castmates from 8 Simple Rules were on when they did the tribute to him.

As for the Gary Shandling kiss with Brad Garrett, it was pretty stupid. What was a lot funnier was when Matthew Perry kissed Doris Roberts from Raymond lol

I didn't catch the show....

But, I have to agree, if they didn't seem to put to much into the tribute to John Ritter, that was wrong.

Considering the fact that John Ritter was still such a prominent force in primetime television with a hit show, and was scheduled to be a presenter at the awards, that he deserved much more than a 2 minute tribute.

Yeah,it was a long show and no one real exciting showed up,T.V. has really become a bore, since the stupid reality shows have taken over.Believe me any of you that missed the emmys didn't miss much.Except I do like the love they show for those who passed away this year like John Ritter,Johnny Cash,Charles Bronson,Bob Hope, and several other entertainers.I was surprised about Nell Carter(Gimme A Break)I did not know that she passed away,I grew up watching alot of fun 80's television.I like that they showed who have died because sometimes we wonder whatever happened to a certain star, why we have not heard or seen from them in a long time, now we know.
