The Best Freestyle Picture Share Yet: George Anthony, the Rios Sistes & much more!
Hello Freestylers! It’s Swins Fontenelle from Freestyle Universe on Facebook. Back again with my best freestyle picture-share ever! Tazmania Records had it’s HOT Record Release party this past Sunday (October 18th) at Adelphia’s and the talent was overflowing and the celebs were out in force as well! If you don’t already know it; Tazmania has just signed one of Freestyle favorite ladies: Nyasia and she was there debuting a great new song she’s done with the incredible singing duo: Pure Pleazure! The crowd was also treated to an amazing performance as she was joined by legend: George Anthony for only the second time ever as they sang their hit classic record: “Take Me Away”! Let’s not forget all the other Freestyle artists that were there: Fascination, Jonelle, Christine Turner, Sammy C, Samantha, Stefanie Bennet, Joe Zangie, Rockell, Topaz, Chris Carfagno and Jailyn. The word is that Tazmania will be signing some our favorite Freestyle idols soon and we are guaranteed to have many more years of music and memories!
Let’s not forget my favorite Freestyle venue: The Lemon Tree Lounge “Home of Freestyle Fridays” in Elmhurst, Queens! The club has a myspace page now so add them! You’ll be glad to see that artists: &More, Mic Mac Records Artist: Angie (of “Kiss Me, Touch Me” fame) and Stefanie Bennet will all be performing at the club this month with the phenomenal singing twins: The Rios Sisters performing there next month and TKA/K7 in December! Nyasia banged it out this past Friday (October 16th) to a packed house and the Rios Sisters came out to show their support as well! If you’re in the New York City area and you love Freestyle you need to make your way to the Tree..cause it truly is the place to be!
