Has anyone in the So. Fla. area been to Bermuda Bar recently?
I have been hearing 103.5 advertising for Saturday nights with freestyle and 80's dance music. I was so excited to go, until I got there and realized I was almost the youngest person there!! I am 27, I never feel young in clubs anymore. The "girl" dancing on stage must have been at least 62 without exaggeration. They played ONE freestyle song all night (diamond girl). There were old men in glittery disco shirts all over. Is this always like this or did I just catch it on a bad night?? What a disappointment! Anyone know of any other clubs in the area that still play freestyle once in awhile?🙁
 
Thanks, I been to Alcazaba a few years ago to see TKA, it was good, I'll have to check it out again. Miami is just such a drive!!!

I live in the Fort Lauderdale area...... Plantation.
All the decent clubs are in Miami, but it takes a special occasion to get me there. Maybe I'm just getting old, but there is something about having to drive home over 45 min. at 3:00am and a few drinks, that makes me rather not go......

They need some more clubs in this area, clubs that DONT play techno all night......

i think u cought bermuda's on a bad night because i'm usally there on saturday's and they play almost all freestyle and a little disco,and as for the age thing u go to the club to have a good time don't worry about the older one's in there ( i was the dj there for a while) i've seen a lot of old people there from the begining when they first opened.so it can be fun just give it another chance........vapro:mdance
 
Hey girl don't feel so old! Just think that you are 27yrs young! Remember you only feel old if you act old! Keep partying on and have fun, thats what keeps me going! Hit me up if you are ever in Orlando on a friday nite cause there is a good club that plays freestyle here!
 
Maybe I just caught it on a bad night, thats what I was hoping!!
I have been to radius, I went there to see TKA.. It was great! But I heard that Friday's are latin night now, maybe they play freestyle as well.
Thanks for the info, I will have to give Bermuda another shot, if not, I will be heading to Orlando and NY in the next few weeks, maybe I can get my freestyle fix then......😉
