A report shows that while the young sniper; Malvo while in the cell, was being overheard by a guard him saying that he took great pleasure in hearing Montgomery County Police Chief crying after the 13 year old Bowie kid was shot. He was dissapointed that he and his partner could not shoot a school bus full of Middle School student!!
