Honey, don't be scared!! If he'll let you (and if he's serious, he will), sing to him over the phone. Just close your eyes and sing the way you normally would. If you need help keeping the beat and staying in tune cause you're so nervous, have the song playing on your walkman and listen to it in one ear and listen to your voice with the other and just sing. Also, he's going to expect you to be nervous and actually nervousness can do some really cool things to your voice when you sing. SO make it work for you, and if you really want it, I'm sure you'll do great!
