That is Sweet Sensation from 1988. That particular song's club version has one of my favorite intro's off all with a great sounding Spanish guitar.You may know them from other songs like "Take it while it's Hot" or "Hooked on You".

Another great song by Sweet Sensation was "I'll Never Let You Go".....
