When you are in love with someone and they tell you that they also love you, should there be any doubt? What if their actions say something different? Could it be in the way they were brought up, that maybe they never learned how to show love?

there should never be any doubt... for one... and if he says that he loves you.. i'm sure he means it.. why would you say it other wise... he would say yea ok..
