I'd like to thank those who have already voted for me and to those who seriously understand what my point is. In no way shape or form have i said that it is ok to use explicit images as avatars. A better question for this poll would have been whether or not the members think it's explicit. Because voting that it's not explicit would come to the conclusion that it's not offensive. The questions to this poll is a bit biased i think, because it doesn't hit on the issue at hand. Which i repeat, is it explicit/offensive? Anyone can go and vote that i should take it down out of spite, because they simply have a problem with me. But that's not the point. Vote on the issue. And another problem with this poll is the option of "Don't Care". If you understand the issue at hand, a vote of i don't care is like saying "No, he shouldn't lose the avatar". Cause if a member doesn't care, than it is to be assumed that they don't find it offensive.

I'm also not doing this to make some sort of break through for people to start posting images of male or female genitalia. The part in question here is NOT Human Genitalia and cannot be compared to it either. Using an avatar such as i mentioned above is mentioned in my last thread, and i feel that if a member does suc a thing it is out of spite, and not becaus they now feel the right to do so. A persons' upper body parts are much different than that of their lower body. Please recognize the difference.

I removed the 'Don't Care' feild.. If they don't care then they don't vote. We need people who care to vote only.. This community is built by people who care about it.
