That song is very nice, but its not freestyle and its pretty old by now. though i really dont know what version you heard, so maybe the one u heard is freestyle :-D

Yep, it's DJ Sharaz from Florida he does a lot of breakbeat & bass track's some with a freestyle vibe and usually remixe's old hit's, he's done remixe's of "Wrong" already mentioned originally done by Everything But the Girl, "Use your love" by some rock group I can't think of the name off hand....etc.
