Well, the defense and prosecution have both rested int he Scott Peterson tiral, which means closing arguments will begin on Monday and the jury could have the case by next Wednesday or Thursday. I dont think either side did a great case and unfortunately there isnt enough circumstantial evidence. However, I do believe that Scott is guilty based on what was shown....although I highly doubt that he would be chared with 1st degree murder and get the death penalty. Its more likely that he would get 2nd degree or there would be a hung jury. It wouldnt surprise me if he got off either..which would mean there would be another OJ walking around. The defense claimed in opening statements that they would show proof that someone else killed Laci, but that didnt happen. They also were going to prove that Conner died in February, which would have meant that Laci would have given birth so Scott couldnt have killed her..that theory also fell flat. Next week is going to be interesting between the elections and the Peterson verdict!! Also, does anyone here follow this case on Larry King or On The Record with Greta Van Susteran?? I love watching the lawyers on those shows battle it out!!

He sure has some mistress, who is laying his dirt out in the case!!!! This is a wierd one. mainly with the cable bill of him ordering a pay per view package of girl/girl porn the day after she dissapeared. Whoa!
 
Plus, he was more concerned about the fact that he couldnt play golf because he was being chased by the media and not about the fact that 2 bodies were in the process of being identified, who could have been (and did turn out to be) his wife and son. His priorities were never in the right place throughout all of this. So, are we supposed to believe that he is just a really unlucky guy...a guy who happened to be cheating on his wife and lying left and right...and someone else murdered his wife?? Doesnt seem likely to me.

Its disgusting because he is so guilty but because there is hardly any evidence, he could walk.

Guilty, Guilty, Guilty!!! You know what's so wierd that he has many woman sending him love letters. I read in a magazine article that he's received letters from around the world. Mostly, all love letters or woman wanting to be so-called Friends! Surprizingly, he's gotten a very small amount of hate mail according to the magazine article!! Somebody, needs to tie an anchor around his ballz and send him into the marina!!!
 
He disgusts me. I hope that jury finds his sorry ass guilty and he spends the rest of his life in jail. What a piece of sh*t.

Those letters that he receives from women are called "sick chicks". He killed his pregnant wife and you want to get with him. Pa-leeeaassseee!
 
It really is sick. I dont know how ANYONE could think he didnt do this. There might not be circumstantial evidence but there is enough other evidence to prove he wanted out of this marriage. For instance, at the vigil for Laci, he was on the phone with Amber telling her he would be with her in January and that he wanted to be with her and her little girl forever...and also that he didnt want any more children and that he would have a vasectomy. What does that tell you??

I say that they cut his ding-a-ling off, along with his hands, and make him live like that. what man would want to go thru life without his ding-a-ling ?
 
seriously... think about it.. i know plenty of guys who say that they rather die then live without their ding-a-ling. it must be hell. i know their are plenty of guys here on CF that would rather die then have their manhood taken away. And his hands, so he cant golf no more. :smirk
 
Yeah because u know gofing was more importantto him than finidng out if the bodies that were possibly his wife and child had been identified. You are right Diamond Girl..off with the ding-a-ling!!!
