Does anybody have the following songs in Mp3 format??

Sassa - When the time is right
Paris by Air - Voices in Your Head
Cindy Valentine - Pick up the pieces (to my heart)

R these songs FREESTYLE? How old R they? I don't think I ever heard of them.

Yep, all three are definitely Freestyle and they are awesome if you haven't heard them you are missing out - late 80's.

I have the 12' of Voices in your head, that is the version I am looking for. The single edit was a bit too pop - I don't think the extended version is available on Cd.
 
I have all 3 on 12" Vinyl, but not on mp3...sorry buddy. All 3 are great Old School Freestyle Jams.

Why don't you rip it from vinyl? Here is a link that will help you out if you haven't done it before and it includes links to some free software you can use. I have previously ripped the C'mon And Dance With Me 12'' but not Voices so I can't help you out.
