My aunt's fiancee Jerry passed away this morning. He was only 53 years old, and died of colon cancer. The cancer spread everywhere even though he was getting chemo and radiation. It is so extremely sad what cancer does to a person. But at least he wont suffer anymore. So please say a prayer for him, Id appreciate it!

Sorry to hear about your sad news Randi. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family through this difficult time in your lives. Hang in there and remember all the good times you had with him and know that he's watchin over you and your family.
 
awww randi.. i was really having faith there, for him to pull thru.
he was young, therefore the hope had to be there..how sad this is

I feel your pain, I had a similar experience. Sorry to hear the sad news and I will be praying for your family. Specially for your aunt my God help her to be strong, and for you to be her support.

Thank you all so very much for your kind words...it means so much to me and I will relay your condolensces to my aunt. The funeral was this morning and it was very difficult. But I definitely think he is in a better place now and is no longer suffering. I am a fim believer that there is something more than just our time on earth, and so was he.

And to Cheryl, Kenny, and Joe...Im so sorry for your losses, as well. It is so sad what cancer does to people...it takes loved ones away from us too soon. I hope we all live to see the day when they find a cure. May they all rest in peace and watch over us!
