I'm listening to Meat right now at work (special 3 CD Anthology I compiled - from all 7 of his studio albums, plus the newer stuff that was released in 1999)...

Fall 2002 - Meat Loaf's new album "TESTIFY" is due to hit stores!

What is your favorite Meat Loaf album?

Although I love the first BAT OUT OF HELL (come on, who doesn't?) I think his best album was DEAD RINGER, his second album release.

Also what do you think of Jim Steinman's BAD FOR GOOD album, the one he recorded without Meat Loaf? A few of the songs made it onto future Meat Loaf albums, including "ROCK 'N ROLL DREAMS COME THROUGH"...

Two Out Of Three Ain't Bad

Hello all members of the club, my name is Julia Hwang, I am from Taiwan. I was in the STATE during my teen when my dad was posted to the New York branch for almost 4 years.
I remember my dad will bring out Meat Loaf LP and start playing each and everydays whenever he reach home, and I must had listen the these meaningful and beautiful songs for more than thousand time. Just happen to pop in here today, at this very moment, I am still not sure who bring me here and why I am here. But suddenly all the memories start rushing into my mind. During my time in the State there is only DAD, MEAT LOAF and JULIA. My old man is no longer with me, but I am sure he is always in my heart especially when I heard any MEAT LOAF song. DAD maybe we can talk all night, but that ain't getting us no where, cause TWO OUT OF THREE AIN'T BAD. To my DAD wherever you might be, YOU TOOK THE WORDS RIGHT OUT OF MY MOUTH, tonight it ROCK N ROLL DREAMS COME THRU for us, and FOR CRYING OUT LOUD. Missing you........Julia
