remove files?

Was trying to upload another file but ran out of space already, but it was due to old files i had, sooooooooo...
My question is how do you delete old files?

I have to run for the day but will be back tonight and will see what can be done.
I will also see how much space VIP's have...I know its allot. I will re-check.
