In NYC handling my biz!!!!
I don't have to worry about cooking. Went to Red Lobster and had the fried fish, shrimp scampi, mash potatoes, salad, cheese biscuit and a diet coke. Mmmmmmmmm It was delicious. 🙂

I never had gumbo until I moved to Florida, and let me tell you, I loved it. Seafood gumbo, right? U can't get that up here in Boston. Same with Jambalaya...never had it until I went to a Superbowl party a few years back and LOVED it. Dude, Louisiana makes some great dishes, huh?

LaBetty...When you get to FL I'll have to make a trip over one weekend and we'll have to get together at Nessa's or Heavenly's and I'll cook jambalaya! 😀 (Look at me volunteeerin their places! :lol)

As for the gumbo...I dunno how to cook that but maybe I can talk my mom into makin it for you. 🙂

Ninaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!! Funds are a bit tight at the moment but lemme see what I can work out. 😉
