I've been on this site for a while now,I use to check all the time to see what everyone was talking about in the Freestyle field. But I have to say with all the arguing thats goin on,I come to think whats the real purpose for this site? Anyone?

So lets make it work . Whats more important Gossip or Building a good respedcted site on the music thats filled so many fans across the world.
 
Who cares what the purpose is Its a great website..... and we all love freestyle....
 
I know for sure that this andother sites- (aside from gossip and fighting) Let's us in on what's going on- TKA, GL performing when and where... New shows, Concerts, new artists cd's Like Ayna.& Freeze(damn he kicks ass!)..It gives us opportunites to see our favorite artists and meet other members & reunite fellow members to have a good time.
It lets us band together speak our mind- and there are some really great friendships and then some that have blossomed- just from the LOVE of Freestyle.

1 voice is heard- but there are alot of haters, so we try to keep it together- and now that' u've mentioned it, I haven't read about any drama between other members in a while...

just stick around U'll get to know us a lil more-
Except for Lamondfan (michelle)- she's on shoe patrol- so wear your best looking shoes........

People have different opinions, which they are entitled to.. and this is a place that they can express those opinions and talk about situations or give support to each other in times of personal conflict. Of course there are going to be arguements at times, even in families that are "REALLY RELATED" that is a given.. this site from what I have seen in the couple of months I've been here, is a "FAMILY". They are in touch every day, being connected by a specific type of music they fell in love with way back and still love. Bonchinche is in our own kitchens, and you are so surprised that it is here as well?
And if this is GL I am responding to.. Much of the talk here is about YOU. The "REAL" purpose of this site is to keep you close to your fans and to keep them updated on your success, performance venues and new music.
Don't bite the site that feeds you.
And if this has come off as not so nice, it is not meant in that vein.. I am a huge GL fan and am quite impressed with his longevity in the business. And well, DAMN HE'S FINE!!!
Just wanted to express my opinion.
 
I am just going to say what most have already said here. The purpose of it is for us to all show our love and support for Freestyle. I too started out visiting the site just to get information on where to catch performances, etc, but I have turned out making alot of great friends who happen to share my love of freestyle. Yeah, there can be alot of negativity and gossip, but I think that is just human nature, you gotta try to just overlook that. But mainly I think we are all here to try to keep Freestyle alive and reminise about the memories we have had.
And Kenny....I only hate your shoes cause they ruined my good time!!! LOL!!
If this is GL...I hope your opinion of this site changes cause alot of us here have loved and supported you for many years and would love it if you dropped in once in awhile.
 
I think compared to other sites this one in particular has little if any arguing. And if you really are Mr.Lamond I would like to say that I am a big fan of your work. Clubfreestyle is about you,it's about me and it's about all the other members who share their experiences,their opinions and dislikes.It seeks to grow and expand the genre that many of us have been following for years.A bond through which Freestyle fans can be as one.And yeah Kenny your shoes ruined it!!!!
 
The purpose of this site is to talk about, promote, and discuss Freestyle. When there's not any new QUALITY music to talk about, then are you surprised? What is there left to talk about? If someone starts a thread and asks members to rate a new song or artist, should members not post unless they like the song? I do think that there are some petty posts that are not constructive, but if I honestly think that an artist's vocals are horrible, I will say it. The vocals have to be the strength. It's nice to think that everyone should pursue their dreams, but sometimes you have to take the Simon Cowell approach on American Idol and tell people that they really do not belong in the music business as an artist. You hear some of the AI contestants and know that no amount of work, vocal coaching, or perseverance will ever help them. Singing is a God given talent that you are born with.
Personally, I am a GL fan and I reflected my opinions in the king of Freestyle poll/thread. I tried to state my opinions clearly as to why I thought GL was the king of Freestyle and I gave criteria to support my position. I also stated why I thought the other gentlemen on the list should not be considered the king. I don't think that I was personally attacking any of the others on the list. I do think that certain people launch personal attacks on artists for their own reasons (i.e., frustration about Freestyle or a particular artist). I was very disappointed to hear that TKA would not be releasing their new album. I really thought they could turn this whole thing around. I still have hope...
 
This site has allot of purposes I think...

1st and far most IS the Love of FreeStyle and to support the artists!!!!

The rest is just a bonus. Allot of people have made friends here and most have met their idols... Like LaMondFan meet her idol 😉

I met Nyasia and that's all I care about. :lol (love ya Naya)

There are threads here that keep it "business like".... letting fans know who is performing where and that's helpful. New Releases & all the good stuff that a fan needs to know.

If you have any suggestions to improve this site, make them.... but please don't doubt this sites intensions.

It's all about FreeStyle!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Its here for the love. Plain and simple.
We agree to disagree and we agree to agree. We agree on one thing We love Freestyle and dats all CF be.

Sometimes we can get heated but thats a sign of passion. You got to love something to hate its opposition. And our Passion is the music. and it brings alot of people together with one common love. So whats the purpose of CF? I got a better question if you dont know............. why are you here posting?
