Did anyone catch that Freestyle video or performance in the movie "Raising Victor Vargas".

Anyway, there's a scene in the movie when the sister is on the couch watching TV, and it's a Freestyle performance of some sort, if I'm not mistaken a few of the lyrics are "True Love" or something. And, I know that's vague but I know my Freestyle but that song or the artist I couldn't make out. They show the artist singing on some platform with trees behind her. They play the song for like 2 minutes during the dialogue.

I almost shit my pants! By the way, great, great, great movie. That flick really hit home.

Check it out, if not for the movie than for the Freestyle scene. Out of 5 stars, I give it 5. It's an independant film, which makes it all the better.

Yeah, I saw that movie!!! It's also on Pay Per View as well. I saw that performance and always wondered who the artist was. Excellent movie!! I thought it had great direction and the artists for their age were great as well.
