I think of today
All the pain filled nights
wanting it all to go away
Tears slowly run down my eyes
and my heart just shatters
As I think of the day
when nothing else mattered
Except for the fact
that you told me to go
It came out of nowhere
how was I supposed to know
Why'd you have to play those games
why all the lies
did you think you could break me
and I'd continue to cry
Not anymore baby
for I have learned to move on
I've given up on that love
that I've wanted for so long
