Question: Freestyle for the younger generation

Since many freestyle superstars were the pioneers of freestyle. But there are many great young new school stars out there. Since most stations that play freestyle play mostly the legends and none of the new school stars. My question to you is; do you think Freestyle is really reaching the younger generation?

I would say yes, but promotion of newer artist would increase freestyles fanbase more. We got die-hard freestyle fans on CF who are under 16 like Little Fresca/Crystal, Naya's Son and FantasyGerl.

Ok Im being serious now...YES Freestyle is reaching the young generation. Know why? Cause most of the fans who are parents..pass down the love to their children..and the children..like I..pass it down to friends and little babies who shall grow up to it..😉

Now why they dont play new Freestyle on the radio?..Beats me...Obviously people arent taking it serious..and the ones who do call up to hear new Freestyle..the stations would say "yeah"..but never play it..:rolleyes

I think so... I was on a chat line the other day and someone was playing DiamondGirl and this kid said it was him playing it, he had to be like 14 or 15, I swear... But I think thats cool, at any age, we can enjoy this awesome music...
