It is by Eurpoean dance diva Billie Ray Martin and it is called "Your Loving Arms" and it is not freestyle - it was part of that whole hi-energy trend in the 90's, with groups like La Bouche..
 
Yep La Bouche, Billie Ray Martin. C&C Music Factory, Scatman John and the list goes on. Man I miss the 90'z!!

Here's a funny story to cheer you up, in regards to Scatman.

Well, everyone knows that "scat" is the term for the "nonsense" lyrics you hear, specifically in jazz music. When the singer goes "doo be doo be doo, la la daa la daaa", that is called "scatting".

Well, I heard that Scatman had died, so I did a search on Scatman to try to find the story.

I did find the story, but also found a link for "scat pictures", and thought, how strange, what is it? Just pics of singers standing at the microphone?

So I clicked on the link to see what was up.

Yeah.....well......it turns out that "scat" is also a term for people who.....ummmm....how to put this since this is not the adult forum???? People who "get off" on having people poop on them!!!!!!
