I am very proud of myself I cme home and did an hour work out my abs are my goal but I want to tighten everything up and I worked out these past 3 days but toay I added more time to it and oce I started I got determined an told myself how I wanted to look and will get there I am ot gong to loos weight Im happy with my weight level just tone everyting up so I achieved something today and am very happy sore but happy 🙂
 
No prob I need to start working out...it's hard to fit the time tho
 
I know it hard wuhtavi I havebeenable to do it and stick with it snce he is at my moms otherwise when he sees me doing it specially my crunches he lays accross my stomach and thimks we are playing and laughs lol but he likes to see me jump rope so he gets it says mami givs itto me and sits down to watch then he will try to join in lol so I do some dancing for exta cardio and he dances with me lol
 
I'll keep to my dog walking that's about all the exercise I do lol
 
Congrats ma....i find myself in the same boat....i started out this crazy diet since Nov of last year....i was weighing in at 236 lbs. i know i know....lol.... i started eating low carb stuff...a bunch of salads and a bunch of water and of course i joined a gym but realizing i was gaining mussle weight....i soon quit the gym and started running more and the most important thing ever was that i bought the ab lounge-3 machine...and i did it every morning when i woke up and everynight before i went to bed...well now i'm at 162 lbs....damn.....that a lot of weight....lol.....i can finally run again...lmfao.....well i still have a goal to reach and that's 145 lbs....yes....i will do it.....lol......

oh....before i forget..... now i have abs of steal......lmfao.......

Hey thats great angelo I dotn want to loose weight for my height and porportion I am happy at 135lbs I jsut want to tone everything up so it isnt jiggly lol and once I get into the grooove of it it feels great I am not gonna starve myself Im happy where im at jsut trying to eat healthier as well 28 gotta take care of my heart since heart disease runs in my family.
 
Hey Sexy, with a good workout comes a good Diet. As long as you have the both, you will see the results you are looking for. Good Luck and stick to the program.
 
yea thanks its just a biatch because i dotn want to loose weight and most diets are geared towards gloosing weight not keeping wat u got and eating healthier Thanks Nessa
 
Actually, if you portion your intake with a glass of water before hand and continue to eat the foods you love, you wont lose weight. Just body fat. At the same time, tone and build muscle in certain areas.
I.e Culo, hips, and tightening of the chest areas. not to mention any dingle dangles under the biceps of the Arms.
