Did I miss something? I am feeling his new album. I still feel relatively new to this website. Also, a lot of times the Freestyle that you all praise (and DON'T praise) just makes me wonder. But... Poze's new album. I was just listening to a couple samples on amazon.com and it sounds incredible! Has anyone bought it? I am about to! The sample to "Take It Away" is amazing. You can tell it's Willie Valentin and it's good. Poze's vocals are also very nice.

Speaking of... I like Willie's work but does anyone feel that sometimes it's TOO old school sounding? I guess it's what is captivating and a little disappointing about it (if that makes sense). I would love to see our producers and artists who are sticking with Freestyle push the envelope into 2004!!!

Also... 🙂 "Dance Music-Artistik Style". Does anyone know if it's just edits of the songs that are mixed together (like Bad Boy Joe's New School cd) or if the songs are full length and of a great sound quality? I want to buy that one too but would like to know that. 🙂
 
Don't know about Dance Music-Artistik Style as I have not received mine yet but Poze's cd ROCKS! :shakinboo

I actually did alot of the production old school because I was tired of doing what radio wants and doesnt play anyway. I just did what I like on the POZE album, and its working! LOL People like that old school sound much better. I am not trying to change the music anymore or trying to reinvent it. I just do what I feel now, For years i tried changing the sound to the "new sound" and I wasnt happy. Now I am very. If radio doesnt support it, oh well they didnt before anyway. This is for the fans....
Dance music artistik style is a compilation not a mix cd. its all new tracks, old school style!!!

Willie... that's why I also described your work as captivating. And I'm glad to know where you're coming from when you produce. It's nothing but respect for that. 🙂 I'm glad to hear that they are full length tracks and unmixed on the "Dance Music-Artistik Style". I'm on my way to purchase it now.
