Poor Poor Bird..
Where I work, we have floor to ceiling windows all along this one wall.. Beautiful view.. most spectacular.. I should post a pic of the view.. Anyways.. the point of this is this.. This bird must have wanted to come and join us here in our building bcuz SLAM, he flew right into the window.. He fell down two stories.. I think he is okay.. but the funny part of this is that he left an exact imprint on the window.. You can see the feathers.. the tail, his face, beak, wings even the legs.. it was like he was full of chalk and just splat... a perfect fossilized image of him into the window...
Oh well.. just thought I would post this...

SO Sorry about laughing too. .but the really funny part (after the splatter noise that this bird made) is the imprint it left on the window... I am going to bring my camera tomorrow and take a picture.. I just have too..

I remember seeing this happen years ago. I was in Catholic school, and happened to glance out the window, just to see a pigeon swoop down and slam into the window. Everyone in the room, including Sister Margaret, screamed out loud. It left a feather stuck to the window. LOL

I took the picture.. it came out fantastic.. I will post it later on...
The bird is fine.. Probably had a headache.. but he flew off after falling down...
