You won't believe this stupid story. There is this Lawyer in SF who wants the CA courts to ban the sale of OREO cookies in CA. He say that the chemical in Oreo cream makes people overweight and is unhealthy for children. This lawyer is an utter DOPE!!!!!!!!!! This is more rediculios than the kids vs McDonalds. If the cookies make you fat, DON'T EAT THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hope this DOPE lose this case, and his punishment should be that he should be made to eat a whole truck of OREO cookies!!

I couldn't believe it when I heard this. I know it's the whole transfat thing and the hydrogenized oil, but seriously, pretty much anything you eat will kill you eventually. Nothing is really 100 % safe. But anyway, this moron needs to do more productive things with his time.

Did anyone see catch Jay Leno's monolouge last night? He commented about this, saying if this goes through that California will be the only state where you can smoke marajuana for medical reasons, but then get thrown in jail for eating an Oreo once the munchies hit. :lol
