The Gay Lord of Freestyle
Ok, so I went to a new location for my job last week. They needed help. I agreed to go. It was supposed to be one week.
Then, on Friday of last week, they tell me I am stay there this week as well. I didn't mind, my office was ok with it, and I stayed, thinking Friday would be my last day.
So I'm going to lunch today, and someone asks me if I'm leaving on Friday. I say yes. The woman who asked for me to be here, overhears, and says, "Oh no. I talked to your team leader, and told him I need you another week, and you're staying."
HELLLLLLLLLOOOOOOOO?!?!?!?!
I was dumbfounded. I wasn't even asked. I was TOLD I was staying.
Whatever.
I emailed my team leader today and told them that I am willing to stay that third week, but after that, i'm out. One other person is leaving, and I am not staying there, filling that position.
