I just treat them as Iwould anywhere else, maybe even use my secret weapon- my deadly sense of humor. I've worked many places as a cashier and people get really obnoxious when they gotta wait. I know if I can make em laugh, I've won em over. And as I'm being super polite and cheerful, who's the one who looks good? Besides sometimes, some people are just having a bad day and need a laugh

Everyday but i have the personality that calms them down for real. I rarely get into a dispute very rare.

What can I say...im freakin cool lol
