did anyone in here order any copies of the "tears in my eyes " vinyl re-print from tony g? and if u did ...did u ever recieve what you payed for (cus its been over a year and im still waitin for mine😕 )?
 
I hear ya.

I also placed an order for the vinyl re-issue--I ordered and paid for two copies. Plus, I also sent payment for the Rios Sisters' "Love Stays" CD single, only to find out it had been cancelled as a release.

The only good point to all this is that the checks I sent have yet to be cashed, and it's been about a year.

Sorry to hear that Juls. Yo Fernando if he has never cashed the check, why didn't you just put a Stop Payment to it. It's better to be out $5.00 then what you sent?

I doubt that he reprinted them. I haven't talked to him in like 2 months, that was the last time he called & he hasn't mentioned the records since last year.

I just looked into this, and here, in California, it will cost me $15 to stop payment on each of the two checks I sent. Therefore, it is not worth it to me. If I leave things as they are, maybe I will get what I paid for. If not, since the checks I sent have not been cashed yet, I still have not lost my $36 (*knock on wood*). Stopping payment on the two checks I sent Tony G./Aria Records will cost me a total of $30: net gain $6. Therefore, I will wait to see what happens.

I ordered:
2 vinyl copies of "Tears In My Eyes" (re-issue) - Nu Image - $14 each
1 CD single of "Love Stays" - Rios Sisters - $8

Only bad experience I have had regarding either buying, selling or trading freestyle records. Back in August I sent Tony a check for $73.92 for 2 copies of Nu-Image plus other records.

As months came and went, I questioned where are the records?He responded that he will soon deliver the records.

More months came and went, and I questioned again. Where are the records that I sent payment for? He again responded that records would soon be delivered.

Further inquiries to Tony 4 months and beyond after payment was sent, resulted in no reply from Tony.

After 10 months since my check was sent to Tony, still no records. The only thing I will credit Tony with is that he has not cashed the check.

However, 2 statements for Tony:
1.) If you can't deliver, don't ignore inquiries from me after I sent
payment and be a man about the situation and reply that I
am sorry but I can't deliver. I am patient. However, for me
to have check sitting in limbo for 10 months is ridiculous and
uncalled for.
2.) Return check to me. Those who sent money order or check
should have received this back from Tony with an apology
from Tony for not delivering.

I am sorry for those who went through this same experience.
