DESCRIMIATION lives on.......THE marriages that happen are no good?Hmm......Hate still lives...no human rights?????? Well I still have to finish wathing the news, there more to say....

Frankie.......Discrimination will always live on....

I truly believe that one day, gay weddings will be happening.....

It may be too soon for people now, but give it time.

In california the weddings have been halted for the time being, but still it's just the beginning, GAVIN & many people still plan to fight for the weddings. This is only the beginning of an ongoing war....

Oh yeah, this battle will go on for some time.

You can look at this situation two different ways.

#1 ChuckD and Mr. X (whoever he is...:lol) are unable to get married, and will not have that experience.

#2 ChuckD and Mr. X may not be able to get married in the legal sense of the word, but can hold a private ceremony, have a reception, in front of family and friends, and consider themselves married.

True, it's not legally recognized, (which is important) but the main reason two people get married is because they love each other. When that happens to me, we won't need the "blessing" of the lawmakers and government. We'll do it for ourselves, for love, which is what's important anyway.

true, but people have to also realize that same sex parners are equally the same as straight sex partners- their human and deserve all the same rights as them. Sexual preferences should not even be an issue, Im' sure GOD feels the same way,LOVE-thats the only reason why we are here,it's so sad, that it is so common sense and people do not realize that. It's clearly desrimination & hate, I agree with MAYOR GAVIN.WE hear all the same arguments, but still-this is a human right, for equalty.
