Since summer is coming quickly, I decided to start getting into shape. I have always exercised and all but my eating habits are horrible. Sooooooo I had this crazy idea that I was gonna start to eat healthier. That lasted a whole frockin day! Im sitting here at 710am and I am eating bowl of, not cereal, BUT pork fried rice. WTF is wrong w/me and does anybody else crave crazy stuff in the morning??? Also what are some good healthy eating tips that are easy to stick to b/c I just have 0 control 🙁
 
yo mona, I'm feeling u on this girl. No I don't eat pork fried rice at 7 am but I know how u feel on the 0 control. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
 
How bout we get a "beach party" going again? we had one slated for long island a couple of years ago but it never took off. how bout this summer?

mona i feel u girl i do the same thing right now im earing pizza from last night...i try!!! but i cant seem to stay with a diet for more then a day!!!🙁

WELL THIS IS JUST ME... I WORK OUT ON MY LUNCHES AT A PLACE CALLED CURVES FOR WOMEN. JUST KNOWING IM ACTUALLY WORKING OUT MAKES ME NOT WANT TO EAT FATTY FOODS.I WAS A BIG SODA DRINKER AND NOW I ONLY DRINK DIET. IT TAKES ALOT OF WILL POWER.I DONT KNOW YOU PERSONALLY.. BUT ANYONE CAN DO IT IF THEY PUT THERE MIND TO IT.

LOL Harry, Im still waiting for my lessons from the pro himself 😉
I can usually control myself w/sudden urges and stuff like that, but for some reason food must be my weakness. 🙁 I hate thinking Im weak. I guess I will just work out harder and maintain my weight. I know once summer comes Im not gonna be impressed but thats a natural thing.
 
Girl I feel you ...I have control only when I find it necessary which is not often....But basically do not eat heavy lunches that are full of just carbs...it'll make you crave more food later...Break down your meals into 5<---------not easy.....I find that in the summer it's easier for me to maintain a healthy diet because that's when fruits and veggies appeal to me the most and i drink more water...so if all else fails walk more. 😉
