Since summer is coming quickly, I decided to start getting into shape. I have always exercised and all but my eating habits are horrible. Sooooooo I had this crazy idea that I was gonna start to eat healthier. That lasted a whole frockin day! Im sitting here at 710am and I am eating bowl of, not cereal, BUT pork fried rice. WTF is wrong w/me and does anybody else crave crazy stuff in the morning??? Also what are some good healthy eating tips that are easy to stick to b/c I just have 0 control 🙁
