Need Help With Mixing - Editing Software

I've Been Mixing On My Computer For Some Years Now Using The Program Saw Plus It Is Not The Greatest But It's What I Started With And It's Easy To Use But Now I'm Looking For Something That Lets Me Stutter Certain Words I Don't Know What That Is Called And Also Edit And Loop Right On The Money If Any One Has A Suggestion Let Me Know Please.

Looking For Software That Tony Dr. Edit Garcia Might Use In His Mixes
Or Tim Spinnin Schommer Might Use, Please Help Thank You.

I love to use acid & fruity loops 4.0 Tgeyre both great but stuttering acid is better. They're both prety easy to use

Dunno how you'd use Fruity Loops 4.0 for making mixes. It's more suited to production.
