Hey everyone, I need advice on something that has been bothering me. There is a girl between the age of 11 and 13. She was a neighbor of mine. Her parents always left her and her brothers home alone on Fridays and Saturday nights to go out to the bar and drink all night and come home at 5 in the morning. This girl dresses as if she was 20 years old and could almost pass for it. Alot of people come over to there neighbors house next door and drinks all night over there as well. And these people are friends of her father. Well I come to find out thru a local bochinchera who is always accurate on her bochinche that she told another girl that she was not a virgin anymore that she was rape or had sex with one of her fathers friends. It was something to that nature. She seemed proud of it from the way the story was told..

These people that come over to the neighbors house to free load on beer are her dads friends and they are very flirtatious and perverts.

I am on the verge on calling the dept of social services but I forgot the girls full name as well as her parents. I want to find out there info before I call. How can I go about it without them knowing what i am about to do.

Any advice would help thanks.

Well the father doesnt work so he is always home so trying to find the number of the house will be hard but I will try in a little while
 
Just go to Social Serv. There's not much the police can do with out any type of knowledge. All they would do is take a report and have some people come over and interview everyone (Family). If everyone says it did not happen then it did not happen. It is sad but it's the truth. As of this point all you have is hearsay which means s**t.
The best bet is to go to Social Ser. and tell them what is going on. All they will do is when they have time they will make a visit and talk to the family.

Now if you want something done you could wait till the parents leave and then make a call to the police (not usint your phone line, it can be traced) say you saw someone break in etc. make something up. When the cops arrive they will speak to the kids, but they will ask for the parents. Once they say they are not there now there is a record of children left alone. The parents MAY be charged. (but honestly I don't know the min. age to be left alone).
 
Contact DYFS, they are the ones who deal with that.
 
Wow Boricua that is the saddest thing. I know how you feel if you have it in your head that you want to do something about it. Latinocop gave the best advice since he pretty much knows the law. Hope those kids can be saved.
 
Personally, I would put a call into the Department of Social Services, or call your local police station for advice, because that's also a good way to put the situation out there. You have the option of remaining anonymous. But I wouldn't hesitate to call. Just the thought of an older man having sex with a child is disturbing to me, and I wouldn't think twice about calling. Those children should not be left alone, especially while their parents are out getting phucked up. And to tell you the truth, you need to act on this now because how many times have people with-held information and situations take a turn for the bad.

Hell, this girl, as well as her brothers, are probably getting raped continuously, and I wouldn't be surprised if they already have STD's.

So you need to figure out, NOW, what you need to do before one of these kids end up in a beverage cooler- dead.
 
I just finished getting off the phone with the dept of social services and they told me they could not take the report about the girl being raped. That I need to call the police and let them investigate that part as well as for the parents leaving there kids home alone over night so they can go party, being that the oldest chils is 13 yrears old. So now plan B I have to go see my boy who's a cop and let him know was up. I just feel like kick this kids parents @$$ pardon my french I will keep you posted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
yo bori if by any chance u come lucky by findin their mail on thier mailbox in front of the house u can always sneak over real quik and take a peak and see their names nahmean? if not u can try at nite and see if they left it which i doubt but um u can always try that doesnt hurt if u know how to do ur thing :biggrin
