I wanted to know with the 2 recent deaths of those two little girls eating those mint balls what ya thought. They said that the familys were planning on sueing the manufactor of the candy for not putting a warning label on it on choking etc etc. As a parent I feel the company is at fault for not labeling the candy dangerous for smaller children BUT I also think the adults parents sister etc or also just as much at fault for giving a child that small a piece of candy that big shit Tavian is 18 months has most of his molers in or popping in and I dont even give him corn or hotdogs. Why woudl you allow for a child so small to eat a piece of candy so big?

Well umm stupidity? Some people are plain freakin dumb.

Im an adult and imagine I get scared of that shit. I hate hard candy in my mouth. Various times Ive choked. Its not a good idea. Companies either need to resize them...or make them really soft. Warning labels should be placed on every candy that is hard.

I agree but I also believe aparent should be more responsible as well.

I definately agree there Angie! Parents should be more responsible. I think these problems arise when parents really don't care...and they learn the hard way.

This is an awful tragedy but come on, how stupid can a parent be. I dont allow my kids to eat any of those jawbreaker, mintballs etc. Its common sense.

Amen to that the first little girl her 21 yr old sister gave it to her, it is such a horrible tragedy .
