Last night I saw Million Dollar Baby at a Cleaveland Heights theather. Cleveland Heights is one of the upper Middle Class communities in DC. It's a great movie. Hiliary Swank is excellent!!!!!!!!!! I have to say, I think Hiliary is the big favorite for Best Actress in the Oscars.

What do you think is the best boxing movie ever?

Raging Bull(1980)

I haven't seen it, but that girl can act!!!! (In boys don't cry... I actually forgot she was a girl, playing a girl... that was playing a boy!)

I have to rent Raging Bull... never seen it and I hear all about it and it's an "old(er)" movie.
 
I haven't seen boys don't cry. But I might watch it when ever IFC show it. Million Dollar baby is great. There is a controversal twist which got the Christian rights and Red states in flames that has one of the movies characters getting paralized and in bad health and wants to die. But, great movie. I'm going to see Hotel Rwanda this weekend. Another great movie.

(I'm going to see Hide and Seek - even though that hasn't gotten very good reviews.... but I hear Dakota Fanning is great in it!).

I might also go to see Sideways starringPaul Gimaunti( who was hosed out any Oscar Nominations) and Virginia Madsen. Those other movies that are out; Boogey Man, Cursed, looks like stinkers!!LOL
 
Hillary was on Oprah the other day.. Do you know that she is a Rags to Riches story? It was amazing to hear her & her mom detail how broke they were and living out of their car before she got picked for a role. She's very down to earth and grounded..
Wish her best of luck in nominations.. Heard the movie was Awesome..
 
I saw the Oprah interview too. I was never really crazy about her. I always thought she was a good actress, but I didnt find anything about her really interesting. But after hearing her interview on Oprah, she seems so down to earth, and just a great person. I am rooting for her now.
