yo, we actually got snow today in Dallas!.... it was the real kind, not just frozen rain that pierces your skin when it hits you... it was the flakey soft kind.... but we only got about an inch.... but thats better than nothing....

Hey Randy,
Is that from when it snowed up in the Bay Area hills or did you go up to the Sierra?

Here's how it looked in Cameron Park on Highway 50 the day it snowed, about 10-15 minutes east of my house and about 40 miles east of Sacramento...
It snowed in Sacramento for the first time since around 7 years, but melted when it hit the ground. I heard at UC Davis it stuck to the ground a little, I saw a picture of students having snowball fights.

Yo doos, that's what's cool about California, you can live where it never snows, yet be about an hour's drive away from 5 feet of snow! (longer drive if you are in the Bay Area). But I wish I was in South Beach right about now...
