Maximum Freestyle

Hello again freestyle experts,

My cuz just lent me her Maximum Freestyle CD and it got some good tracks, but there is no info on the CD. So I was wondering if anyone that is familiar with this CD can post the name and tracks of this CD. All I can tell ya that it is a 18 track CD, and there is a track on there with a remake of "Change on Me".

BTW, I already searched some sites and there a no help.
