On this date 228 years ago, November 10, 1775, the Marine Corps was established by an act of the Continental Congress. Since then the Marine Corps has answered the call whenever and wherever. In every climb and place. I take this time out to recognize the proud tradition of the Corps. My salute goes to all marines past and present. It the best and worst 5 years of my life and I will never forget it.
Let's not forget those that are serving around the world in all the services. The choose to do a job that others are unwilling and unable to do. God bless.
