OK CF wuts for lunch? I'm having leftover rice & beans w/ pepper steak b/c I didn't get to eat yesterday and my friend just delivered a brownie to me (THX JASON MUA)
 
I just walked into work now... And I already had my lunch.. I went homemade... I had a BLT sandwhich.. Sorry I know its not horribly interesting, but I was running short of time and thats all I could do in 15 minutes... Besides my Rachel Ray 30 minutes meals cookbook wouldnt fit well into the timing of this situation.. HAHAHAHAHAHAh

Me too.. I love all her shows... 30-Minute Meals, 40 dollars a day...etc etc.. besides shes really hot too boot!! Ever really listened to her accent.. WHOA!!! :listen music to my ears.. HAHAHAHA....

You know who else is awesome to watch... Emeril.... Yep.. he is really good also... You can learn alot from watching those shows.. TVNetwork is really good.. That and Discovery Wings... Or what used to be Discovery Wings... Now its the Military Channel..
