Baron Lopez I believe it was, played a freestyle version of the Lumidee song. it was kickin!😉
 
kayel...that song is INFECTIOUS, but i'm not feelin' it as a freestyle evolution...and i'm sure many feel the same way. Not to take away from Lumidee at all..the harmonies are phat but I consider it reggea and play it in reggea and hip hop sets.
 
today they did Wayne Wonder, or the other wayne with a freestyle/dance beat behind it. pretty good.
 
The melody is very freestylish, but the beat is all reggae. I think the beat is called Diwalli Riddum or something like that but the melody defintely has a freestyle feel.
 
i havent heard it yet, whats it about?
