I'M INTERESTED IN CREATING SOME BEATS TO PUT MY FREESTYLE SONGS & LYRICS TO GOOD USE! HERE'S THE 411 ON YOURS TRULY.

SINCE I CAN REMEMBER I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN IN "LOVE WITH LOVE" SO TO SPEAK. I WOULD WRITE POEMS ALL THE TIME WHEN I WAS LITTLE. YOU KNOW LIKE... ROSES ARE RED, VIOLETS ARE BLUE, I'M ONLY IN 1ST GRADE, BUT TEACHER I LOVE YOU.(lol)
I WAS GREATLY INFLUENCED BY MY LATIN PARENTS AND THEIR CULTURE. ESPECIALLY THE MUSIC. IT WAS ALWAYS FILLED WITH GREAT STORIES OF LOVE AND PAIN. AND IT HAS GREAT MELODIES AND RYTHM. THEN, IN HIGH SCHOOL I BEGAN DJiNG. THAT'S WHEN I FOUND MY FIRST TRUE LOVE... FREESTYLE MUSIC!!! TKA, CYNTHIA, STEVIE B, CORO, AND GEORGE LAMOND. IT WAS THE MOST AWESOME MUSIC I'D EVER HEARD. IT WAS AS IF SOMEONE HAD REACHED INTO MY HEART AND PULLED OUT EVERYTHING I HAD BOTTLED UP INSIDE FOR SO LONG.
FIRST I BEGAN BY ADDING LYRICS AND EVEN FULL VERSES TO EXISTING SONGS. THEN TRANSLATING THEM INTO SPANISH. SOON AFTER, I WAS SINGING MY BROKEN HEART OUT. MY PEEPZ BEGAN CALLING ME RAUL "LAMOND"(lol). THAT'S WHEN I BEGAN WRITING MY OWN SONGS. BUT I NEVER GOT PAST PERFORMING THEM AT PARTIES FOR MY FRIENDS. PERFORMING WAS THE BEST FEELING IN THE WORLD TO ME.
WHEN FREESTYLE BEGAN TO DIE DOWN IN THE EARLY 90'S. I THOUGHT MY CHANCE HAD DIED WITH IT. SO I TRIED TO LET MY LOVE FOR FREESTYLE GO. BUT I JUST COULDN'T STOP LISTENING TO ALL MY OLD SCHOOL FREESTYLE TAPES AND RECORDS.
WELL THEN ONE DAY I DECIDE TO GO ON-LINE, AND I ACCIDENTALLY COME ACROSS A SITE CALLED ...CLUB FREESTYLE.COM... AND B-B-BAM! ALL THESE SUPPRESSED FEELINGS COME RUSHING BACK! I FEEL ALIVE AGAIN! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! TO IT'S CREATORS JACK G. AND DJ JOHNNY BUDZ.
WELL, I KNOW IT'S A LONG SHOT BUT, IF NOTHING HAPPENS THIS TIME AT LEAST I'LL KNOW I TRIED. I THINK THAT WITH THE HELP OF THE INTERNET, THE TIME FOR FREESTYLE HAS COME. ALL WE NEED ARE SOME GOOD, NEW, HIGH QUALITY SONGS. AND I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE THE CHANCE TO BE A PART OF IT.

God is the greatest Producer; The greatest songs are written by Great Artists and they are earn tremendous loyalties and Royalties. What they are doing is channeling info from a higher source. Before you know about the concept 'LOVE' it already has to exist before you apply it; the person who created the concept is the LORD. Before you think of something, it alraedy has to exist in some form; Artists channel info. The trade of Good music is to work directly from the heart; thats why soul music is called soul music;'a Generic name for R & B. With the Blessings of the Lord; A Vocal and a simple Backing Chorus and for percussion 'Tap on the Kitchen sink', I can guarantee you the greatest selling Record in 'History'. Just for Humour and enlightenement but not Ego and Money.
I am a Monk; evrything that I have in the house belongs to lord, I have no possesions. I am happy that I get the basic meal a day and good sleep. I support the cause for supporting Music and Enlightenment. If God gave me one wish it would be ' I want to be the Music God'. Being a theologist in the Hindu Religion, several Gods or Deities exist already and there is already 'A Music God'. But at the end of the day there is one Supreme Lord that delegates and he is the same for everyone. Everyone drinks water, it is called by the different names Aqua,Agua,Pani, H20 but is the same thing. By the way have you experienced the Monk that mixes Club music in Lexington subway station using a Roland Rtythm Box, A boss sampler and a CD mixer. If you are lucky enough you might hear the music without him touching the equipment. I thought I would pass on my wisdom before I leave finally to meditate in the wilderness in India where there is no civilization and no Technology. You know me by name, but not spirit, Is this my name? Do I exist?

Hey Hitesh, that is very deep and it made me think.

I believe that in each of us there is music, and for us to share that music with the masses we require a medium to share that music.

B.I.G.R.A.U.L, as I am writing this reply I am testing a drum sampling program called Rebirth by Steinberg, I will keep you posted. I too am looking to create beats especially of the freestyle persuasion.

By the way if you are looking for Loops you can get them free from some Music magazines. Also go to one of the Music Store Sam Ash, Mannys, B& H Audio. They have a lot of loops.
You can buy a basic set of loops that are pretty comprehensive. Splice out the Samples that you like and dump them on to you Sampler. Recycle is a program by Steingberg that is the best for this task. Did you know that you could trigger samples from samples on a record. It is called an Intellegent Gate.

The best Company in the world for Samples is Zero G, have a look at their website. You can get CD's from $19 upto more than a thousand dollars. The trick is to know how to extract the sample from a Comprehensive set of samples and manipulate them to produce your own samples which other people will manipulate. Where does the food chain end. Ask GOD.
